It’s hard to believe but we are getting ready to embark on our fourth year! Much has changed since our first growing season in 2022. The biggest change is that there really is no longer any start and end to what we do. Our focaccia, pasta, sauces and pestos are now made year-round and all include ingredients that are grown on our farm.
For 2025, we are shifting away from growing a bit of everything to focusing on growing what serves our valued-added food offerings best. What does that mean? Essentially, more of the things we love and grow well — tomatoes, chilli peppers, garlic, onions, basil and greens.
We’ll continue to offer a CSF this year (see link above to learn more and purchase a share) which will include all of the above mentioned prepared food as well as whole veggies, delivered to your door. You can also find us every week at the Guelph Farmers’ Market in the Nourish Kitchen Booth. Thanks for your ongoing support!
